So the song linked below is the one I will hear ten years from now and remember this particular transitioning period in my life. I love that song so much. I loved it when I first heard it in (500) Days of Summer, and play it whenever I'm driving along the coast. Great song! You might like Deadmau5's "I Remember" as a way of saying good bye to summer.
